Floral Subscription FAQs

What’s included in my bouquet subscription?
Flowers and greenery harvested at peak freshness and wrapped or arranged for you throughout the growing season. Varieties include but are not limited to ranunculus, snapdragons, zinnias, sunflowers, dahlias, cosmos, celosia and so much more! No two weeks will be the same! There are two subscription options:

  • Bouquet Sleeve: Flowers will be tied and wrapped in craft paper ready to be arranged by you at your home in the vase of your choosing.

  • Business Arrangement: Flowers will be arranged for you in a quart jar filled with water and floral preservative and will be swapped out for you upon delivery. 

Both subscription options come with a packet of floral preservative and care instructions to help you get the longest vase life out of your flowers.
 

When does my subscription start?

Both subscription styles will begin towards the end of June or early July or as Mother Nature allows. An email will be sent out at least one week prior to the subscription start date.  


How do I get my bouquets?

There are both pick up and delivery options. Bouquet subscriptions can be picked up for FREE at the greenhouse or delivered WITHIN CITY LIMITS OF THIEF RIVER FALLS, NEWFOLDEN, OR MIDDLE RIVER at an additional cost. Delivery arrangements will be made prior to the subscription start date and pick up is greatly appreciated. Delivery is FREE for the Business Arrangement Subscription options but can be picked up if you prefer.

Subscriptions will be ready by 10am on your pickup day. Deliveries will be made between 9-5 on your scheduled day. 

What if I am gone on my pick up or delivery day?  Can I share my  flowers with someone else that week?

  1. A friend or loved one can pick up for you!  (One-day notice with name and info preferred).

  2. Pick up or have your bouquet delivered at another time. (Two-day notice required) 

  3. Donate it (Two-day notice required)

Send me a message in advance if any changes are needing to be made. I will try to be as accommodating as possible. If I have not heard from you and a bouquet is not picked up within 24 hours, it will be donated or discarded. 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift? 
Yes! Floral subscriptions are a gift that keeps on giving all summer long! During checkout provide the name and address of the recipient. Gift cards purchased online can also be used toward a subscription. 

What if the blooms at the farm are wrecked in a storm or for any other reason? 
If we not able to deliver the designated number of bouquets in your subscription for any reason, you will be refunded the cost of the difference.
